Getting started with pip

Getting started is easy. First, you’ll need to head over to https://www.pip-app.co.uk/pricing to choose the plan that best fits your needs - we have a few options based on the size of your business. Next, click the button to start your free trial. This will redirect you to another page that will take you through the sign-up process. You’ll have to provide payment details, but don’t worry, you won’t be charged until the end of your free trial and you can cancel at any time.

After you’ve signed up, you’ll receive an email from the pip-app team. This email will provide you with your login details and links to respective apps in the Apple App Store or Google Play App store. If you can’t find the email please check your junk, otherwise reach out to us on hello@pip-app.co.uk and we’ll get you set up. Click the link to your correct app store and download the app. You’re now ready to begin your journey with pip.

Having downloaded the app you’ll be presented with the login screen (as seen below). Enter the details provided in your sign up email. We would recommend tapping ‘forgotten password’ to reset your password and changing it to something more memorable.

After logging in, you’ll find yourself on the Dashboard displaying a calendar view. This is the main screen in the app and will show all users the rota once you’ve added in all your team members.
